Hallam & Co are members of (UKALA), United Kingdom Association of Letting Agents and The Property Ombudsman and we have agreed to adhere to their strict codes of practice and have in place professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Having over 1250 fully managed properties across our six offices, we are large enough to cope, but small enough to care. Our fees range from 6% - 10%, further information on our fees can be found on the landlord info page.
